AMANDA ENWRIGHT
Amanda is proud to offer over 15 years of equestrian experience, along with a degree in Special Education and Elementary Education from Kutztown University. Her main focus is teaching her students all the various aspects of horsemanship.
In lessons, students will assist in grooming, tacking up, learning basic horse care, as well as riding time. While riding, the students will participate in various fun activities and games that will enhance their balance and connection with their horse. Amanda welcomes all ages of students, beginners through advanced.
She brings her experience from the A-rated circuit, and some of her noteworthy accomplishments include year-end championships in Amateur Owner, Adult Amateur Hunter, Pre-Green, and Adult Equitation. During 2006, 2007 and 2008, Amanda competed at the Devon Horse Show, with places for every entry. She also competed in 2008 in the Breed Divisions In-Hand at Dressage at Devon, capturing a first place and Champion of Breed.
During Amanda's college years, she competed at the regional level with the intercollegiate (IHSA) circuit in English and Western. Students focused on the show arena, as well as those who simply love riding and understanding horses, are very welcome.
Amanda’s disciplines include hunter, jumper, equitation, western pleasure, gaming, and drill team. Amanda schools, re-trains, and starts young horses. She welcomes behavior problems.
